CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ! Clients require a none-refundable deposit to book. Please fill out consent forms. Cancellation Policy * Must cancel/reschedule 48hrs before your appointment. * Cancelations within 48hrs grace period will forfeit deposit & be charged 50% of service. * No call / no shows will be charged 100% and require a deposit to book again. No call / no shows will be banned after 3times. Late policy * Waxing clients have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes if I’m able to accommodate you there will be a $10 late fee. If I’m not able to accommodate you your appointment will be cancelled and charge 50%. No extra guest unless they’re being serviced NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSIT OR ANY SERVICES !
